2026 Annual Membership Meeting and Member Meetup

Two Tickets are Included with Every Chamber Membership.
Only Chamber Members are permitted to attend this event. Registration is required.
Part One: The Annual Meeting
This year’s scheduling will include:
Chamber news and updates, including what we've been working on this year and what is coming next.
A keynote speech - speaker to be announced
A celebration of eight long-term members who have been with the Chamber for up to 100 years.
Part Two: Member Meetup and Tabling
Following the Annual Meeting program, we’ll open the floor to include a full Member Meetup, which will include:
A full cocktail hour, including beer and wine
Opportunities to connect with other member businesses and nonprofits at our largest event of the year
A headshot station, so you can leave with a brand-new headshot
A Spotlight Station, where members can sit for brief video interviews and promos, to be shared on Chamber socials
Tabling opportunities
Community Pumpkin Patch
Since tickets are free, we’re asking for an alternate admission fee: a donation to benefit a local cause, to be collected in our Community Pumpkin Patch.
We’re seeking donations in the following categories:
Personal Care: baby wipes, diapers, laundry detergent, feminine hygiene products, disposable razors, oral care, shampoo, etc.
Learning Toys: sensory toys, early learning toys, arts and crafts, books, etc.
Footwear: shoes, new or used - any condition
Senior Comfort: umbrellas, tote bags, socks, blankets, activity books, gift cards
Play & Sports: board games, arts and craft, sidewalk chalk, sports equipment (balls, jump ropes, etc)
Gardening: garden gloves, gardening tools, hand shovels, seeds, small vases for our flower program, and ribbon for bouquet-making

$200 (Member Business Rate) / $100 (Member Non-Profit Rate)
Standard Rate includes a dressed 6-foot table and 2 chairs. You may place pop up banners behind the table. Vendors may sell items.
Not For Profit Rate includes a dressed cocktail round table (36 inches round and 30 inches high) and 2 chairs, dressed in a tablecloth. Note that this is only large enough for fliers, pamphlets, etc. Banners are not permitted.
