Borough residents looking for their chicken fix

Michael Anderson - Content Development Specialist - September 2, 2018

Borough residents looking for their chicken fix will be in luck when Chick-fil-A opens its first Staten Island location later this month at the Staten Island Mall. Roosevelt Board, who has been with Chick-fil-A for more than seven years, has been selected as the franchise owner and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, employing approximately 50 full- and part-time employees, building relationships with local organizations and businesses, and serving guests.

Nearly everything on the Chick-fil-A menu is made from scratch daily, including salads made from fresh vegetables and fruit that is hand-chopped throughout the day. Like all Chick-fil-A restaurants, the chicken will be 100 percent whole breast meat, without any fillers, hormones or additives.

Chick-fil-A is an active contributor to the community and is committed to giving back. Chick-fil-A Staten Island Mall will participate in the company’s Shared Table program, eliminating food waste by providing surplus food to those in need in the community. Through this initiative, Chick-fil-A Staten Island Mall will give back to Project Hospitality.

Chick-fil-A Staten Island Mall will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
