STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.  – If you are in the market for a new home, you won’t want to miss the upcoming Open House Weekend on Staten Island.

The opportunity, presented by the Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR) Saturday, April 21, and Sunday, April 22, is the largest coordinated event of its type in the borough, providing home buyers with a perfect opportunity to explore homes across the Island.

“Open houses have traditionally been a helpful tool for buyers, and a wonderful option for sellers seeking to showcase their properties.” said Michael Blasi, president of SIBOR. “Realtors will be on hand to answer questions about the Staten Island housing market and the buying-and-selling process. And, home buyers will have an opportunity to meet their new potential neighbors and learn a little more about the community and housing opportunities available to them.”

For additional information and locations of the open houses, visit and click on the “Open Houses” icon.
