Randy Horowitz
Eden II School
Education Committee Chairman
Randy Horowitz is the Associate Executive Director of Educational Services at The Eden
II Programs in Staten Island, N.Y. Randy has a Master of Science in Education from Queens
College and Certificate of School Administration from the College of New Rochelle.
Randy is an adjunct lecturer in the Master’s in Special Education Departments of Queens
College, CUNY and Hoftsra University. She has served on the Human Rights Committee for
the Alpine Learning Group in N.J. as well as the Peer Review Committee for NSSA, in NY.
She is an active member of the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis (NYSABA),
where she held various positions, including President in 2006. Randy has participated on
the Education Committee of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce for the past two years,
and is currently serving as the chair of the committee.
Randy has presented at local, national and international conferences on topics relating
to educating students with autism. Her particular areas of interest include preparing
and supporting students with autism for integration into school and community activities.
